Female Piercing

The writer of the following article has never had a lip piercing, but there was a time when she did need to wear braces. The writer can guess that the first afternoon with a pierced lip would be a lot like the first afternoon with a set of braces. The writer still recalls having soup for lunch, right after she returned from the offices of the doctor who installed her braces. She also remembers that it did not take long for her to adjust to chewing food, while wearing a lot of metal on her teeth. The writer suspects that anyone with a pierced lip can soon manage to eat with relative ease.

Female piercing is something that is as old as time. The decoration of the female body is nothing new and it is amazing why society would take sometimes drastic views about such things. The trend is that more and more young women want to be liberated from society’s way of thinking. They want to be their won persons and the only way that they can do this is to take a stand and have female piercing if they so choose. Every body ahs a right to do whatever they want with their bodies so long as it does not harm others.
